For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jl96," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jl96 Casino platform and its operating entity, accessible at jl96.one.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl96 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jl96 website at jl96.one, including all games, services, features, and content available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the jl96 platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a player's jl96 account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

To register and use the jl96 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl96, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl96 platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jl96 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jl96 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jl96 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

jl96 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Account verification, including identity verification (KYC), may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.

By registering, you confirm that all funds deposited into your jl96 wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl96 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl96 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jl96 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jl96 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

jl96 recommends that players use a strong, unique password for their account and enable any available two-factor authentication features. You must not access your jl96 account from shared or public devices without taking appropriate precautions.

All transactions on the jl96 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl96 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to current availability.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. jl96 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

Deposits are credited to your jl96 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. jl96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.

jl96 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and may request supporting documentation before crediting funds to your account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are processed to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and to GCash or PayMaya/Maya e-wallets.

Before any withdrawal is processed, jl96 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). You must provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by jl96. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of the withdrawal request.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published in the jl96 cashier section and are subject to change. jl96 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

jl96 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

jl96 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• jl96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• jl96 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on the jl96 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and specialty games such as Color Game, Bingo, and Panda Dragon Boat — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

RNG-based games on jl96 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. jl96 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jl96 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. jl96 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

All wagers are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or reverse a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl96 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jl96 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl96 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jl96 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl96 platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jl96 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jl96 content.
• Use any jl96 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jl96 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of jl96 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jl96.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jl96's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jl96 wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl96 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl96 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jl96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Any other reason that jl96 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, jl96 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance, pending bonuses, and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jl96 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the player to jl96.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory body for online gaming operations in the Philippines, and jl96 operates in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine gaming regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

jl96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl96 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the jl96 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jl96 support.
